Privacy Policy

Provision One is a private, invite-only investor relations workspace operated by Provision Capital(“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect from authorized users and how we use it. It is an internal-tool policy — it does not describe how we handle investor data governed by separate agreements.
Information we collect
- Account data: your name, work email, assigned role, and sign-in activity (timestamps, IP address, and device/user-agent for security).
- Workspace content: the CRM records, contacts, notes, tasks, and engagement data you create or import while doing your work.
- Operational logs: an append-only audit trail of sensitive actions (access changes, exports, record edits) for security and compliance.
How we use it
- To authenticate you (email one-time codes) and enforce role-based access.
- To operate the product — the pipeline, engagement engine, and reporting.
- To send transactional email (sign-in codes, invitations, reconnect nudges).
- To secure the workspace and maintain an auditable record of activity.
Service providers
We use vetted processors to run the service, including Railway (hosting and database), Resend (transactional email), and — where enabled — People Data Labs (data enrichment). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Data protection & retention
Access is invite-only and enforced at the database layer (row-level security) in addition to application controls. We retain workspace data for as long as your organization uses the product; audit logs are retained for compliance. Contact your administrator to correct or remove account data.
